WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will happily exchange or issue a refund on items that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Personalised items are exempt unless faulty. Any faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

​

Clearance items are exempt from returns unless faulty.

​

Exchanges:

All exchanges must meet the following requirements.

• Exchange process must be initiated within 4 days of receiving order.

• Item must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused and unwashed.

• Item must have all tags, accessories and original packaging.

• Clearance and personalised items may not be returned.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted. The items will be returned to you immediately and a refund will not be issued. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions.

For exchange packages of online purchases, you must send by post to the address below.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (we highly recommend using a tracked method as we are not responsible for missing parcels). Shipping costs are non refundable. If your item is being returned to be exchanged, due to it being defective, we will pay the delivery cost for the new item, on the basis it is reported to us within 48 hours of its delivery
