RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We understand returns happen so here's a bit of info about refunds and returns

We will happily exchange or issue a refund on clothing that is unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all original tags still attached within 7 days of receipt of goods.

However, we do not exchange or issue refunds for any items purchased in the sale 

​

Exchanges:

All exchanges must meet the following requirements.

  • Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving order.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused and unwashed.

  • Merchandise must have all tags, accessories and original packaging.

  • Footwear must include the original shoebox in the original condition.

  • Final sale and special order items may not be returned.

  • Custom items i.e. personalised items are exempt

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted. The items will be returned to you immediately and a refund will not be issued. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions. (thefaithandloveboutique@gmail.com)

For exchange packages of online purchases, you must send by post to the address below.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If your item is being returned to be exchanged, due to it being defective, we will pay the delivery cost for the new item, on the basis it is reported to us within 48 hours of its delivery
